All products sold in this store are digital files available for immediate download.

Once a digital file has been downloaded, all refund rights are forfeited. Due to the nature of digital products, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds after the file has been accessed or downloaded.

Exceptions:

• The file is corrupted or damaged and cannot be opened.
• The file does not match the product description.

In these cases, please contact us at info@cactuscraft.info and we will either replace the file or issue a full refund.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you lose the right to a refund once the digital file has been downloaded.
